CHEESE CAKE 
1/3 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and press into cake pan 13 x 9 inches or 2 pie pans. Can use 2 ready made graham cracker pie crusts.

FILLING:

1 can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve 3 ounces Jello with 1 cup boiling water. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Mix with evaporated milk that has been chilled and whipped. Pour into crust. Let chill 8 hours. May be topped with cherries or any pie filling.
