SALMON CHEESE SPREAD 
1 lb. canned salmon
2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
3/4 c. green onions, sliced

Drain and flake salmon; reserve 8 teaspoons liquid. Combine cream cheese, flavoring and liquid; blend thoroughly. Stir in green onions. Fold in salmon. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Garnish with pineapple, black olives or cherry tomatoes. About 1 1/2 quarts.
