CHOCOLATE RIBBON CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Choco Glaze

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix. Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan. In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually add milk, egg, and vanilla. Pour evenly over batter. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Top with glaze. Refrigerate.

GLAZE:

In small saucepan melt 3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter with 3 tablespoons water. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar; add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and stir.
