2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. corn syrup

Cook and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup sifted powdered sugar. Pour over cake.
