STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
Deboned chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 (3 oz.) block cream cheese
A pat butter
A sprinkle chives
A sprinkle paprika

Layout the breast flat. Place in the center of each, a small piece of cream cheese, a little butter and then sprinkle the chives. Roll up the breasts. Then brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. You can substitute the Philadelphia block of cream cheese with chives.
