STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN 
2 (4 oz.) chicken breast halves, pounded flat
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 c. chopped canned mushrooms
1/2 tsp. sage
2 packets chicken broth and seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Mix 1 packet bouillon with 1/4 cup water. Bring to a simmer in a non- stick pan. Add vegetables and cook about 5 minutes. Vegetables should be crisp. Lay flattened chicken on cutting board and spread each with half of the vegetable mixture. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Mix 2nd packet of bouillon with 3/4 cup water and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
