1 roll of 2 ply or heavy duty paper towel (like Bounty, etc.)
2 c. water
2 tbsp. baby bath
1 tbsp. baby oil

Cut roll of paper towel in half. An electric knife works well for this. Lay roll of towel down and cut in half, down through the middle. Take out center tube and place paper towel in a container and add rest of ingredients.
