ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
Ritz crackers
1 can green asparagus tips
3 boiled eggs
3/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 sm. jar pimento, cut fine
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream mushroom soup

Heat soup, milk, butter, pimento and juice off asparagus in heavy boiler until well blended. While this is heating, grease casserole, cover bottom with Ritz cracker crumbs, add layer of asparagus, boiled eggs, and grated cheese. Pour a layer of sauce. Add another layer of crumbs, asparagus, eggs and sauce. Cover top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until it starts bubbling.
