FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix and cool. Add 2 cups 7-Up (16 ounce bottles) and 1 cup drained crushed pineapple (20 ounce size). Pour into a dish about 13 x 9 inches and cover with miniature marshmallows, 3 cups or more. Set firmly.

TOPPING:

Mix in saucepan 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. Add 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 slightly beaten egg. Cook and stir until thick. Remove and add 2 tablespoons butter. Chill. Fold 2 cups Dream Whip (follow directions on package) into cooled egg mixture and spread over Jello. Sprinkle over top with shredded sharp cheese. Set 24 hours. Serves 16.
