11 A.M. - 11 P.M. CASSEROLE | |
1 can French fried onion rings 3 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach (cooked and drained) 2 cans (sm.) water chestnuts, sliced 2 lbs. bacon, cooked and crumbled 4 pkgs. Stouffers Welsh Rarebit (melted) Cover bottom of 9x11 casserole with 1/3 of the rarebit; combine spinach, chestnuts and bacon in casserole. Cover remaining rarebit and top with onion rings. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Serve with English muffins and a tray of mixed fruit, if desired. |
