BUTTERHORNS 
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (12 oz. carton)
Dash of salt
2 c. flour
Powdered sugar frosting

Cream butter and cottage cheese with mixer until blended. Beat in flour and salt until smooth. Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out into 12" circles. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll up like crescent rolls. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. While warm, frost with almond flavored powdered sugar frosting.
