AMISH WEDDING ROAST | |
30 capons, deboned 30 gal. bread cubes 4 gal. celery (grind) 7 lb. butter 5 doz. eggs, beaten 7 tsp. pepper 14 tbsp. salt Melt butter, then cool and add the grinded celery and cook until celery is soft. Beat eggs. Add salt and pepper. Pour over bread cubes. Add celery and butter mixture. Makes 18 large roast pans. Enough for 350 people. |
