IMPOSSIBLE CHEESE CAKE 
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cut into cubes

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9"x12" pan.

Mix milk, vanilla, eggs and sugar in blender. Blend on high for 5 seconds. Add cubed cheese, blend on high for 2 minutes.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm. Cool then spread on topping. TOPPING: Blend all three ingredients until smooth.
