CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW SQUARES 
2 cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
24 marshmallows, cut up

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into a greased 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Take out and arrange marshmallows on top. Put back in oven long enough for them to get soft enough to spread with a knife. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and frost. Cut into squares.

Note: You can make 1/2 recipe and bake in a 9x13-inch pan.
