WALNUT CHICKEN 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1 c. bean sprouts
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water chestnuts
1 1/4 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. almonds
1/4 stick butter

Cook onions and celery in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients together. Cook at 350 degrees until liquid becomes thick.
