LOW-FAT BAKED PORK CHOPS | |
4 center cut pork chops 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c. plain bread crumbs 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. flour Dash of salt Dash of pepper Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cooking rack with "Pam" cooking spray. Place prepared rack over large non-stick baking pan. Dip pork chops in egg, allow to drip off. Mix all dry ingredients. Roll chops in mixture. Bake on rack 1 hour or until juice runs clear when chops are pierced with fork, turning once after 30 minutes. |
