JEREMIAH'S FAVORITE MOLASSES
COOKIES
 
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger

Cream together butter, brown sugar, egg and molasses. Add remaining ingredients. Chill and roll in balls. Dip tops in sugar. Bake until set, but not hard. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
