APPLE CRISP 
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 med. tart apples, sliced

Place butter in large bowl, cook on high for 20 seconds. Stir in oats, brown sugar, and flour. Mix well. Press 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 9 inch pan, place apples on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place remaining oat mixture over apples. Cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
