3 c. boiled chestnuts
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
Pepper & salt to taste

Mash chestnuts and bread crumbs together. Add seasoning, milk and butter, mix well. Stuff the bird.
