CHESTNUT STUFFING 
3 c. chestnuts, chopped (not too fine)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs (coarse)
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients. Makes about 3 cups.

NOTE: To easily shell chestnuts, cut on side then put in microwave for 20 seconds - 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
