MOM'S PINEAPPLE SAUCE 
Drain juice from 1 can pineapple chunks into pan, add 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Heat and stir until thickened. Put in buttered casserole dish, cover with marshmallows and bake. Use with ham.
