CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
8 oz. mushrooms
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. frozen broccoli

Saute chicken in skillet. Keep adding the next ingredients one at a time. When all are added, cook for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
