BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. can mushrooms
Garlic salt to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. pkg. egg noodles or rice
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter or oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can beef broth or beef bouillon cube

Cut steak in strips and roll in flour, salt and pepper, and brown in oil. Then add mushrooms, garlic, and onion, stir in beef broth and cook covered for 1 hour at simmer. Just before serving top with sour cream and heat through but don't boil. Then spoon over egg noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
