1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. pecans

2ND PART (Cheese Layer) :
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

PART 3 (Pudding Layer) :
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Remaining Cool Whip
Pecans or grated chocolate

Mix Part 1 ingredients and pat into 11 x 14 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Spread 2nd Part cheese mixture over crust. Mix layer 3 ingredients and spread over cheese layer. Top pudding layer with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or grated chocolate. Cover and store in refrigerator.

Variations: Puddings - butterscotch or lemon instead of chocolate.
