CHICKEN ALMADINE 
5 heaping c. cooked & chopped chicken or turkey
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup (1), cream of chicken soup (1)
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. sliced celery
4 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
10 oz. water chestnuts, sliced & undrained
1 c. almonds
4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Saute the celery and chopped onions. Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Cut back on soup when doubling recipe.)
