MAKE AHEAD POTATOES 
12 lg. potatoes
8 oz. soft cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. melted butter
Paprika

Peel potatoes and boil in salt water. Combine cooked potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder. Mash or whip until fluffy. Add small amount of milk if necessary. Spread in buttered 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate or freeze until needed. When ready to use drizzle melted butter over top and sprinkle paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer if frozen. Delicious even without gravy.
