PINEAPPLE WALNUT CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
1 can pumpkin
1 c. walnuts
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 lg. eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together flour and cinnamon in a large bowl with mixer at high speed. Beat eggs until yolks and whites are combined. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick and lemon color, beating constantly. Pour in corn oil. With mixer at low speed blend in dry ingredients. Beat until smooth after each addition. Stir in walnuts. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes.
