PINEAPPLE - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 stick butter, melted

Place drained pineapple in small casserole dish. Mix together cheese, sugar and flour and sprinkle over pineapple. Crumble Ritz crackers over cheese mixture. Melt butter and dribble over Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
