CHINESE SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, chopped (napa is nice)
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. Ramen chicken noodles

DRESSING: (can be made ahead)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 flavor package from soup
Salt and pepper

Chop cabbage and green onion. Chill together. Toast almonds and sesame seeds at 325 degrees for 5-10 minutes and cool. Add dash of soy sauce to dressing if desired.

Just before serving, combine cabbage mixture with the dry noodles, lightly broken. Toss with sesame seeds, almonds, and dressing.
