CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage (shred)
4 green onions (tops too)

DRESSING:

3 hours before or overnight.

2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar (rice)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. chicken flavoring from Ramen noodles

Brown:

Sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Before serving mix cabbage, onion and dressing, nuts, sunflower seeds and 1 package Ramen noodles, broken into small pieces.
