CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage
2 tbsp. sliced, toasted almonds
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 green onions
1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles, slightly crushed
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Chop and mix cabbage and onions; add almonds and noodles. Blend oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add sesame seeds. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to blend.
