CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
SALAD:

1 head cabbage, sliced
2 cans chicken meat, drained
2 to 4 green onions, finely chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (chicken oriental) crushed
1 to 2 pkgs. sliced almonds (sauteed lightly in butter)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
Sprinkle with Top Ramen flavor packet

Mix salad ingredients together in a very large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl (or measuring cup) mix together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing mixture into salad mixture and stir together thoroughly.

Best if mixed approximately 1 to 2 hours before serving time!
