1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. cooking oil

Bake at 350 degrees in sheet pan for 35 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. confectioner's sugar

Make holes with fork. Pour glaze over warm cake.
