BROCCOLI WITH POTATO-ONION CRUST 
4 c. grated potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1 onion, finely diced
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Combine crust ingredients except onions; put in 9 inch pie pan greased with Crisco oil. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove and spread diced onions in bottom of baked crust. Add 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli. Top with 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 cup milk, and a pinch of nutmeg. Top with 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
