PIMENTO CHEESE LOAF 
3 pimentos, chopped
1/2 lb. cream cheese, grated
1 egg
2 c. cooked white lima beans, mashed
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix and shape into loaf. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
