BRAISED PORK CHOPS | |
Melt 1 tablespoon shortening in skillet. Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown in skillet until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and drain excess shortening. Place choips back in skillet and put a thin slice of onion on each one. Dissolve one beef bouillon cube in 1 cup water and pour over pork c chops. Cook slowly until tender. |
