COCONUT DELIGHT 
1 stick soft butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Coconut

3RD LAYER:

2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:

Rest of Cool Whip
Coconut
Pecans

1st: Mix butter and flour, then add nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.

2nd: Mix cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add Cool Whip and spread over 1st Layer. Sprinkle with coconut.

3rd: Mix pudding and milk 1 minute. Pour over 2nd Layer.

4th: Spread Cool Whip on 3rd Layer. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
