1/3 c. cocoa 1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 2 tsp. vanilla Bring cocoa, sugar, milk and butter to a boil on high. Reduce heat but maintain boil and cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla and beat with electric hand mixer about 1/2 minute. Thickens and sets fast. Pour quickly into greased pie pan. Cut while still warm. For frosting, cook 6 minutes. |
