1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners' sugar, sifted (about 4 3/4 c.) 1/2 c. cocoa, regular, dry 1/3 c. boiling water 1/3 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar and cocoa. Add water and butter; blend. Add vanilla. Frosts tops and sides of two 8 or 9-inch layers. |
