BAKED SQUASH 
2 1/4 lb. yellow squash
1/2 c. sour cream
1 green onion
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Buttered bread crumbs

Cook squash in small amount of water until tender. Drain and mash, combine with celery, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Layer squash mixture and grated cheese in buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
