FUMI SALAD 
1 med. head of cabbage, shredded
8 tbsp. almonds, slivered
8 tbsp. sesame seeds
8 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 or 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. accent
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Brown almonds and sesame seeds in 2 tablespoons of butter and mix into cabbage and onion. Run tap water over noodles to moisten and crumble into salad mixture. Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad. For best flavor, make a few hours in advance. Chicken, pork or shrimp may also be added to this salad.
