JAN'S CORNBREAD 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt the butter in a pan in the oven. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 7 x 11 x 1 1/2 inch pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve immediately, while hot and steamy.
