LIQUEUR FRUIT SALAD 
2 lb. fruit, fresh
1 lemon
1 orange
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. orange liqueur

Wash and prepare fruit, cutting small chunks as necessary and put in bowl.

Pare away a small strip of lemon and add to the bowl. Squeeze juice from lemon and orange and add to fruit with sugar and liqueur. Mix carefully without damaging the fruit. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours. Remove lemon rind and serve with whipped cream.
