BLENDER BORSCHT 
2 c. V-8 type or tomato juice
2 c. canned beets
3 sm. dill or sweet pickles
3 tbsp. ground onion
1 (or more) drops Tabasco
1 minced clove garlic
Pinch of chopped fennel

Whirl it and chill. Serve with parsley. May be made with chopping blade in food processor.
