BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 tsp. melted butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Beat well.

Sift:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix well, then add:

1 c. blueberries

Add together the above. Put in greased 8x8 pan.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cool, top with:

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Milk as needed
