BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE BARS | |
1 c. butter 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. flour 1 can instant pie filling mix Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Blend in baking powder, salt, flour and vanilla. Spread 2/3 of batter in a 10x15 pan. Spread pie filling over this. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls. Bake 350 degrees 25-30 minutes. GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 to 2 tbsp. milk Mix and pour over bars as soon as they come out of oven. (If smaller pan is used, test for doneness with toothpick.) |
