VEG - LIME JELLO 
1 (5 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (save liquid for second cup liquid for Jello)
1/3 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. finely diced celery
1 oz. cut up pimentos

Follow Jello recipe (using pineapple liquid). Pour in Jello mold, or 4 individual salad molds. Serve on lettuce.
