3-CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced onion
4 tbsp. flour
5 c. whole milk
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English Cheese spread
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mexican Velveeta
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Cook chopped broccoli as package directs. Melt butter in a 10 cup heavy pan. Add onion. Saute until transparent, but not brown. Add flour, stirring to dissolve. Add 2 cups milk; bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Add remaining milk, broccoli, cheese and seasonings. Stir until cheese is melted and soup is hot. Makes 8 cups.
