PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 lb. tiny white mushrooms (or 1 can mushroom caps)
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. tarragon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. sugar

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.

Combine sesame oil, water, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder and sugar in a large jar. Add mushrooms and marinate them at room temperature for 24 hours. Refrigerate - can be kept 1 month. Drain to use.
