NO COOK PEANUT BUTTER CANDY 
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. peanut butter (or more)
2 tbsp. milk

Blend 3/4 of sugar with butter and vanilla. Blend in milk. If too thick to roll, add more milk. If too thin, add more sugar. Mixture should be like biscuit dough. Roll out on sprinkled confectioners' sugar. Roll out 1/4 inch thick, spread with peanut butter. Roll up like a jelly roll. Chill in waxed paper until firm, 15 to 20 minutes or more. Cut 1/4 inch thick.
